Baloo is Nation's Top Hero Dog

 

Essex Retired Police Dogs Fund is delighted and honoured to
announce that a donation of £5,000 has been received from
The Kennel Club Charitable Trust in connection with Baloo
becoming the prestigeous winner of
The Kennel Club Hero Dog Award competition at Crufts 2025.
Baloo was chosen by a nationwide public vote -
truly the nation's favourite.
Mandy Chapman and Retired Police Dog Baloo are
very well known supporters of ERPDF. 
Part of the award was a donation of £5,000 to the
winner's nominated charity and Mandy very kindly chose
Essex Retired Police Dogs Fund.  
We cannot thank Mandy and Baloo enough for the donation
- it will be used for the vet and welfare costs of these
exceptional dogs known as Essex Retired Police Dogs.
